This is a full-time role joining a finance team of 15 working from our HQ in Fortitude Valley.
You will be supported by an experienced AP professional who has looked after this portfolio of work previously, and will work towards providing timely and accurate processing across Accounts Payable, trust accounts and assist in the preparation of office financials.

- Process supplier invoices through invoice approval system
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements
- Manage supplier payments in line with cash flow
- Liaise with office managers on finance related queries
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Assist the financial accounting team with end of month
- Bookkeeping or accounting certification desirable
- Previous experience in a fast paced Accounts Payable/receivable role
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Great aptitude with technology and ability to learn new skills
