Your job as Accounts Payable Officer consists out of:
- Reconciling Creditor accounts and statements including company credit cards.
- Scheduling Creditor accounts and scheduling for payment.
- Communicating and building relationships with key supplier and resolving queries.
- Working with others in the Admin team to promptly and accurately enter purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Training and teaching administration trainee.
- Working closely with the CFO on cashflow and periodic reporting.
- Taking pride in ensuring accurate record keeping is a priority.
- Support and contribute to the family-based culture of our organisation.

To become our new Accounts Payable Officer, you need to have:
- Three or more years’ experience in an administrative role with a focus on Accounts payable procedures.
- Sound knowledge of accounting practices.
- Commitment to accuracy whilst maintaining task completion in line with administrative deadlines.
- A problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
- A drive to achieve results and see tasks through to completion.
