About the Company:
Our client is an established and secure residential building company specialising in the volume building sector. Part of a larger group this company has a strong financial backing and is a stable and reputable organisation.
About the Position:
Currently an opportunity exists for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team in a permanent full time role. Responsibilities will include however not be limited to:
- Receiving and processing of invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Obtaining payment approvals for invoices
- Paying supplier invoices, processing of back charges and updating supplier files
- Reconciling supplier statements
What we're looking for:
Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate the following
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable based position
- Experience in a building or construction related environment preferred
- Databuild, Therefore or Onsite Companion experience highly regarded
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative
