Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable processing withing a supportive and tight-knit team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Timely and accurate resolution of queries.
- Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in the processing and payment of supplier invoices, expense claims, and other payments.
- Conducting daily bank reconciliations, including applying customer and supplier payments and following up on outstanding receipts.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing an end-to-end Accounts Payable function. This role is to start straight away, so you will be available to start at short notice.
As an experienced Accounts Payable Officer, you will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable systems and procedures.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
