We are looking for an accounts professional with the flexibility and adaptability to take on all aspects across the Accounts Payable function.
The ideal candidate, will pick up new systems quickly, manage multiple priorities, and have strong organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.
You will have demonstrated experience in a full function Accounts Payable role with large sized business and capability to process a high volume of invoices accurately and independently.
The Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include but won’t be limited to:
- Entry of high-volume supplier invoices
- End of month entries, reconciliations and reporting
- Supplier payments
- Communication with internal staff and external contractors and suppliers nationwide
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high volume processing
- Prior Accounts Payable experience within a corporate/large sized business
- A full function Accounts Payable skill set
- Experience with NetSuite highly advantageous
- Prior experience and ability to work with the wider finance team
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong work ethic
