Accounts Payable Officer – Entry Level Role

Do you have a ‘can do’ attitude? Are you eager to kick-start your career? Our Accounts Team is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable Officer to join the Shared Services team and support our Dealerships.

In this role you will:

• Provide assistance to the Accounts Manager and Team
• Process a high volume of invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Undertake filing and record keeping
• Other administration work within the team, as required

About you:

• Experience in an administration or accounts department preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Team player with a friendly and professional attitude and manner
