Description
- Process vendor invoices (150-200 per week)
- Reconcile vendor statements to resolve any discrepancies and maintain accurate account balances
- Assist finance team with with filing & reporting administration when required
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, streamline work flows, and enhance efficiency within the Accounts Payable function
Profile
- Proven experience working in a high volume independent Accounts Payable role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- System experience on Microsoft Business Central & Excel is ideal
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills
