About the role
Working closely with the Financial Controller, the responsibilities of this role include –
- Processing Accounts Payable transactions
- Follow up and process credit card transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Process international payments to suppliers
- Reconcile freight invoices and lodging disputes
- Maintain Petty Cash
- Handle all general Accounts Payable administration tasks including filing and documentation
- End of month reporting
- 15-20 hrs/week with flexible days
About you
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Good understanding of general administration and accounts payable functions
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and organisation skills
