We are currently seeking a motivatedAccounts & Payroll Officer / Bookkeeper to join our team, based in our office in Osborne park. Will suit a person with experience who is looking for flexibility to support school hours.
The successful candidate will thrive on being organised and efficient, offering assistance to the Company Directors and Project Managers whilst utilising their exceptional skills developed within previous accounts and bookkeeping role.
Key duties/ responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accounts receivable, preparation of end of month invoicing and progress claims.
- Accounts payable processing, including Data Entry of invoices.
- Payroll processing, including preparation and lodgement of monthly payroll tax returns and Portable LSL.
- Resolving internal and external queries as necessary
- General office administration
- Ad Hoc tasks when required/ other duties as directed.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Ideally hold relevant bookkeeping or accounts qualifications
- Demonstrated previous Accounts & Payroll experience
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software highly desired
- Outstanding quality of work, attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
