Property Accountant (Accounts Receivable)

Randstad is working with an industry-leading property company to add an accountant to their team.

• Property Accountant handling full-function Accounts Receivable (60%) and Accountant duties (40%)
• Join a multinational company and a leader in it's prosperous industry
• Working Holiday Visas welcomed
• 6 month temporary contract with potential to go permanent

This role is based in Pyrmont and requires 5 days working in the office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Full function Accounts Receivable (60% of the role):

• Process invoices, credit notes, receipts and adjustments
• Process recurring lease charges
• General Ledger Entries
• Reconcile bank accounts and debtor accounts
• Manage collections process
• Answer and resolve queries

Accounting Duties (40% of the role):

• Production of monthly AR reports
• Revenue analysis reports
• Prepayment and Accrual GL entries
• Prepare month end journals and reports
• Assist in monthly and quarterly management reports and analysis
• Assist FC with year end statutory accounts and annual audit

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified or pursuing CA/CPA
• Full-function Accounts Receivable experience
• Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
• Yardi system or property experience is advantageous
