Accounts Receivable Officer

The CompanyBased in Southern Suburbs, our client is a leading international supplier of equipment to all industries.

The Role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will take full ownership of the end to end AR function and providing support to the Accounts Payable and Payroll team on ad-hoc basis.
 
Duties

• Process scheduled and ad hoc invoices in an accurate and timely manner;
• Ensure timely collection and allocation of receipts;
• Ensure a high level of quality customer service and professionalism to all staff, debtors and clients
• Complete reconciliation
• Monitor the Accounts Receivable email account daily, actioning emails as appropriate;
• Build relationships with their major accounts 
• Allocating and receipting of payments
• Perform end of month duties

 
Skills and Experience

• Prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer
• High level excel skills
• High level attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously
