Your new role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer in the Processing Team within our Shared Services, you will play a key role in managing the accurate and timely processing and allocation of daily receipts and other financial transactional processing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process Daily receipts from Customers
- Reconciliation of accounts, some of which are complex
- Processing of financial transactions
- RCTI payment processing
- Copy invoices for customers
- Manage unallocated payments/unknown payments
- Banking tasks when required
Your skills and experience
- Understanding of accounting procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team Player
- Proven experience in high volume Accounts Receivable processing with deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office suite, Adobe
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Strong numeracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and the ability prioritise multiple tasks
