The Position

An exciting opportunity for a collaborative, strongly analytical and diligent individual to join our team!

Responsibilities include

• Ensure accounts are maintained as per the Collections Process
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities
• Ensuring a customer focused approach is taken when dealing with stakeholders
• Undertake account reconciliations
• Processing of returns
• Assist in documenting AR procedures
• Always maintain a high level of discretion and privacy of employees and customers
