ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER
Part Time – 15 Hours per week
Our Finance team has an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to become an integral part of our friendly and energetic team.
You will possess strong administrative and customer service skills along with a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an effective Accounts Receivable function.
- Timely invoicing and collection of payments.
- Carry out an effective and efficient credit control function.
- Reconciling bank and credit card statement transactions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing all forms of general communication, administration, correspondence, and requests for support appropriately, and professionally
- Ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Experience in similar role
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong account reconciliation skills
- Able to multi-task, ensure confidentiality and maintain composure in a busy environment
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage time to meet deadlines and expectations
- Competency in Accounting packages, and Microsoft office products
