Accounts Receivable Temp

This successful insurance building business has a history spanning more than 35 years. The group provides a modern workplace, located in Oakleigh South with free, unrestricted on street parking. An immediate start temp role has now become available for an Accounts Receivable Officer, to work as part of the Finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager you will update and maintain contact and customer data in a timely and accurate manner. You will issue invoices and send payment follow up notes as needed. Your role will also include general data entry and other administrative duties within the Department as required.

With previous experience working in Accounts Receivable in a high-volume work environment, you will be an efficient, accurate worker, with good attention to detail and communication skills. Able to commence on short notice, you will be available to work full time office hours for the initial three-month period. The role also offers scope for extension or permanency for the right candidate.
