ACCOUNTS & STAFF SERVICES MANAGER
Our client, a highly regarded real estate agency located in Warragul 3820, is offering an outstanding opportunity to join their team as an Accounts and Staff Services Manager.
This finance related position will require the candidate to demonstrate their outstanding administration, time management skills and ensure confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
Primarily your role will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Real Estate Trust Management
- Payroll (around 40 employees)
- Financial reporting including BAS preparation
- Accounts payable/receivable
- HR administration
- Special projects as assigned
To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate the following:
- Experience working in the real estate industry
- A Financial/Administration qualification would be highly regarded
- Experience in sales & rental trust accounting
- Financial reporting experience
- Payroll, AP/AR, & BAS preparation
- Xero software experience highly desirable
Salary negotiable based on experience.
