As our Admin All Rounder you’ll be at the core of making things happen in our office. Your role extends beyond daily operations; it involves a dedication to contributing to our mutual objective of promoting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities/duties:
Efficiently handle phone inquiries, ensuring seamless call progression
- Manage and respond to emails, maintaining effective communication channels
- Schedule client appointments for quotes and installations with precision
- Generate and dispatch invoices, as well as email receipts promptly
- Conduct general correspondence with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
- Oversee the reception and recording of goods received from suppliers
- Facilitate the progress tracking of ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion
- Provide support to Managers in various aspects of business administration, manufacturing, and installation
Experience & Skills:
Previous Customer service experience/Admin role highly regarded
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous savviness with ServiceM8 and Xero soft wares (or willingness to learn)
- Quick & efficient learner
- Loves a challenge
