The Role:
Behind our outstanding sales team, the heartbeat of our operation lies within the unsung heroes—the office team who ensure the smooth flow of everything behind the scenes. As our Admin All Rounder you’ll be at the core of making things happen in our office. Your role extends beyond daily operations; it involves a dedication to contributing to our mutual objective of promoting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities/duties:
Efficiently handle phone inquiries, ensuring seamless call progression
- Manage and respond to emails, maintaining effective communication channels
- Schedule client appointments for quotes and installations with precision
- Generate and dispatch invoices, as well as email receipts promptly
- Conduct general correspondence with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
- Oversee the reception and recording of goods received from suppliers
- Facilitate the progress tracking of ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion
- Provide support to Managers in various aspects of business administration, manufacturing, and installation
Experience & Skills:
Previous Customer service experience/Admin role highly regarded
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous savviness with ServiceM8 and Xero soft wares (or willingness to learn)
- Quick & efficient learner
- Loves a challenge
