Receptionist/Administration Assistant
CS Legal requires a FULL TIME Office Receptionist to join our Perth CBD Office.
We are a WA based law firm with offices in Perth, Joondalup and Bunbury. Operating in Property & Commercial Law, Property Settlements and Debt Recovery since 2001.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reception duties – answering incoming calls and directing them accordingly
- Attending to queries both via email and office walk ins
- Meeting & greeting visitors to the office and advising relative staff member
- Team support – provide efficient and professional assistance to the team as required
- Admin duties, data entry, stationery order, filing, mail and courier management etc
- Keeping the general office, meeting rooms and kitchen and amenities areas clean and tidy and presentable
- Assistance with general office duties

- Professional and pleasant telephone manners
- Team player & Workplace confidentiality
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- High attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have a strong level of customer service and will be eager to learn and work well in an office team environment.
