An Administration assistant initially part-time with the view to full time hours with a negotiable salary for the right individual.
Position Overview:
Your role will be key in working with the team and organizing systems and operations within the business. You will increase your hours to full-time. As an Admin assistant you will report directly to the Director of community Care Links Services.
We are looking for proven experience in admin skills and with a thorough understanding of NDIS and Particularly Support Coordination Services. Having Prior experience in the field and NDIS knowledge would be essential and is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key support to Support Coordination services and support workers
- Key contact for support workers & rostering Support Workers
- Assisting with staff training (Continuing education, Workplace health and safety, etc.)
- Onboarding new client participants/Staff.
- Assisting with managing some client contacts and liaising with various service providers.
- Support with NDIS compliance, quality, governance, and risk management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
As a key member of the team, we consider it essential you have:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in administration.
- Proven admin experience within the NDIS or customer care highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software is highly regarded.
- Have the ability to manage competing tasks and be highly organized in a busy environment.
- Be passionate about building relationships and networking for referrals.
- Advanced IT skills, use of Xero etc.
- Comprehension of the NDIS National Disability Standards and processes.
- Exceptional people skills (communication skills, written, verbal and listening)
- Blue Card, Yellow card, NDIS modules, Open “C” class driver’s license, Australian citizen or permanent resident
