We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team!
A great opportunity exists for a dynamic and skilled Admin Assistant to join our growing business. This position will be based in our workshop in Paget. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and confident person with a strong work ethic and happy to work well together in a small team.
About the Role:
1. Working in closely with our Operations Manager and team to provide efficient support to all areas of the business.
2. Review and analyse accommodation demand for the business, liaising with client representatives and process site accommodation requests when required.
3. General office tasks to all administration processes are in working order.
4. Liaise with new and existing employees to assist with onboarding, training and general requirements.
5. Oversee Archiving process for sites, ensuring compliance to both Company and SHMS requirements.
6. Assisting with scheduling of daily workshop requirements
About You:
1. Previous administration experience (mining preferred)
2. Excellent Time Management
3. Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Confident and capable to effectively communicate with clients
5. Able to work well in a team and autonomously
6. Strong work ethic
