Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
- Create and maintain databases, reports, and spreadsheets with a keen attention to detail.
- Manage document, database, and online systems efficiently and proactively.
- Coordinate events and activities, obtaining competitive quotes to maximize value.
- Manage financial payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality in all tasks.
- Support relief reception duties, including managing visitors and communication channels.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance the working environment.
- Actively participate in project management and execution to meet business demands.
- Flexibility to perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in database management, report generation, and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
