Part Time Receptionist/Admin Assistant
For Architectural Office in Sydney CBD, close to transport.
We are seeking a highly organised and personable Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who is looking for a part-time position during school hours.
4 hours per day, during business hours, 5 days per week
General Receptionist and Admin Assistant duties.
- Manage front desk activities.
- Answer general emails, manage meeting room bookings, and assist in scheduling appointments.
- Manage office supplies such as stationery, printer supplies, and kitchen consumables.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Must have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred. We are looking for someone with a proactive “can do” attitude who is efficient, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks.
