As Practice Admin Assistant, your working days will be hugely diverse, including booking travel, ordering stationery, and managing expense claims - as well as supporting the Business Development and HR teams with administration support.
You'll also take on some Front of House duties, meeting & greeting VIPs and clients, managing meeting room & events - including catering and IT needs.
You'll join a cohesive Perth team that slots into a supportive and well-resourced Global firm.

The role is offered on a permanent basis with full-time, on-site hours of 8.30 - 5pm.
About you
You will offer:
- A commitment to delivering quality admin services demonstrated by at least two years solid experience in another corporate organisation;
- Strong administration skills, including advanced skills in Word and intermediate Excel;
- A commitment to working on a full-time permanent basis in administration practice services;
- Experience in another professional services organisation would be viewed favourably.
