Kustom Timber is seeking a motivated and organised Admin Assistant who can join the team and hit the ground running!

About the Role:
Kustom Timber is seeking a motivated and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in Mornington, the perfect candidate will be a fast learner and can hit the ground running. You will provide a range of administration services and support the wider business. Ideally suited to someone with a passion for interior design, architecture, or the building design.
Key Responsibilities:
- General reception and administration roles
- Job management, bookings, and calendar coordination.
- Preparing and managing quotes, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Ordering and managing deliveries to sites.
- Liaising with subcontractors and other team members.
- Responding to email and phone enquiries.
- Supporting the Directors, Sales team, and Marketing Manager.
- Date entry and maintaining systems information.
- Other duties as required.
About You:
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient use of Microsoft software and google docs.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications would be advantageous.
