KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for the recruitment of our high-performing employees across NSW/ACT. As the Recruitment Resourcer you will assist our TA Team across all aspects of their role providing our key stakeholders and candidates with consistent, excellent service.
You play a vital role in supporting our Talent Team in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent. You will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and building relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a pipeline of talent that aligns with our internal clients' needs.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with all of the recruitment process activities
- Collaborating closely with our TA team to understand requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates
- Writing and posting advertisements
- Sourcing new candidates utilising Linkedin, Seek Talent Search, networking, referrals, industry events etc
- Engaging with candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media
- Screening candidates & conducting thorough phone interviews
- Coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks & managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to our team.
- Assist in other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Skills required
- A degree level qualification
- Strong administration / database / computer skills
- Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Committed and confident in building partnerships with internal & external customers
- Adaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise
- Hard working and can do attitude
- Great people / communication skills (written & verbal) with confident phone manner
- Hard-working, energetic and focused with a drive to succeed
Ideally you will have some administration and/or recruitment experience, great organisation skills, an eye for detail and most importantly a positive attitude.
