We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Client Relations\Property Buyers Agent Admin Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support the Client Relations Manager and Property Buyers' Agents in day-to-day operations.
- Manage and organise documentation related to property transactions.
- Assist in preparing and processing property purchase contracts and admin tasks related to settlement.
Client Communication:
- Communicate with clients to schedule property viewings and meetings.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Assist in maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for acquisition.
- Assist in analysing property trends and market conditions.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and current information.
- Organise and manage electronic and physical filing systems.
Coordination:
- Coordinate appointments, inspections, and property showings for Property Buyers Agents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology is a plus.
