Complete Staff Solutions on behalf of our client are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start.
This is a temporary assignment with a well-established company based in Inverell.
The successful applicant will be required to work fulltime hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
You will be providing efficient and responsive administrative and operational support.
to be considered for this exciting position you will have:
- Relevant experience in Administration / Support role, or similar
- Highly developed communication skills including verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Flexibility, with a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks.
- Customer Service skills
- Communication skills
- Comply with all company policies, Procedures, and codes at all times.
- General office duties as required.
- Current Background check
- WWCC for employment (Working with Children Certificate)
To be successful in this role you will need to have an ability and willingness to learn new things quickly and easily adapt to a changing environment.
You will have an eye for detail and demonstrated strength in customer service and excellent communication skills.
You will act in a genuine, honest and responsible manner providing the highest level of Customer service. You will work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to work independently.
An immediate start is required. This is an in-office role based in Inverell.
