Administration Assistant/Clerk

Privately owned accounting practice based in Alice Springs, NT, is seeking an administration Assistant/Clerk.
Position is full time, 37.5 hours per week. Duties include:
- Client liaison and communications, including face to face, email and telephone
- Scheduling of appointments and calender management
- Maintain client databases
- Ad-hoc office duties such as filing, drafting letters
- Keeping a clean and tidy workspace
- Maintaining & improving office systems
- Communicating with statutory bodes such as ATO & ASIC
- Assistance to management and accounting staff
Essential skills required
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Knowledge Suite
- Friendly, pro-active and can-do attitude
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to learn on the job and pickup skills quickly
- Tertiary qualification in role or similar
Salary range $55,000 - $65,000 dependent on applicant.
