Your new role
As the Junior Administration assistant, you'll be responsible for providing support to all areas of the business. Tasks include:
Providing a first point of contact for visitors
Answering and directing calls, taking messages and handling phone enquiries
Inbox management including responding appropriately to written enquiries
General filing, word processing, copying, scanning, printing and data entry
Assist with accounts payable and receivable procedures
Assist with payroll functions as required
Manage incoming and outgoing physical mail
Monitor and order stationery and other office supplies
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ability and willingness to follow instructions and procedures
Willingness to work effectively as a part of a busy team
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, seek guidance when required but work mostly autonomously
Current unrestricted driving licence and own reliable vehicle
This role would be suitable for a recent graduate of a Business Administration Traineeship or similar traineeship.
