Admin Assistant

Are you an organized and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Mombasa Day Spa and Hair Lounge is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $32 per hour, including weekends and late evenings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa and lounge.
Responsibilities:
Reception Duties: Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Schedule appointments and maintain the booking system.
Handle cash transactions and process payments.
Administrative Tasks: Assist in maintaining organized office and spa spaces.
Manage and update client records and databases.
Manage stock levels and stock take
Assist with orders
Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure clients have a positive and memorable experience.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with spa and salon staff to facilitate efficient communication.
Support colleagues in various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software.
Flexibility to work weekends and late evenings (40 hours per week).
Benefits:
Competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000
