We are a growing accountancy firm who are looking for an Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join us on our journey. We are a family orientated office with flexible work conditions.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Reception duties including answering incoming calls, transferring/taking messages accordingly and meeting and greeting clients.
- Supporting all staff within the company with administrative duties
- Ensure that all data and information is accurate and up to date in our systems.
- Management of work flow and other internal work platforms.
- Assist with arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, including the collection and organisation of relevant documents.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong technical receptionist skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
- An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail and initiative
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
- High level of customer service skills and professionalism
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and considerate with a strong customer service focus
- Able to work well as part of a close-knit team
- Highly proficient in verbal and written communication
- Computer literate with skills in Office 365(including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Adherent to requirements of maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our clients at all times.
