CCA Productions is a privately owned production hire company that can cater for small to large events and installations covering audio, lighting, staging equipment and audio technician services. In addition, we provide solutions for the local music industry in venues all over the Perth metropolitan area, regional WA and Australia-wide.
We are looking for an Administrative assistant to assist in the smooth daily running of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience with Data Entry,Word Processing and Microsoft GSuite essential
- XERO experience essential
- CURRENT RMS experience desirable
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work in a team environment or work independently as required
- Assist Director, Operations Manager, Hires Manager and Warehouse Team where required with ad-hoc tasks
- Assist our warehouse team by transferring phone calls, re-directing emails and being the first point of contact for the business
- Have reliable transport
- Experience in the entertainment industry would be highly advantageous
This is a part time role, with hours and days to be discussed (looking at 4 days per week).
