AddressWe are looking for an experienced team member for our growing specialist Urology medical practice. This is a unique, flexible opportunity. The role offers up to 25 hours, with minimum 3 days per week of work. Working in tandem with the Practice Manager and Surgeon, the right candidate has the ability to work flexibly with a combination of at home and on-site hours (Blackburn and/or East Melbourne clinics).
Specific tasks include:
1) Providing excellent customer service, in handling incoming calls and emails to the practice, as well as meeting and greeting patients face to face during consulting sessions
2) Scheduling & diary management
3) Data entry
4) General administration duties
Ideal candidate will have:
1) Must be able to work face to face with patients in consulting sessions.
2) Previous receptionist experience.
3) Experience working in high volume practice preferred but not essential.
4) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5) High sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure patient enquiries are promptly and accurately processed.
6) Positive, pro-active attitude, willing to go above and beyond where necessary, while exhibiting compassion and empathy.
