Admin Officer
Location: Rosny
Contract Length: 4 months
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in preparing materials for work programs and procedures.
- Register incoming correspondence and process documents accurately.
- Provide clear information to internal and external customers.
- Monitor application progress and compile progress reports.
- Contribute to the development of efficient administrative procedures.
- Provide general assistance to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in community planning or development.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computerised administrative tools.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
