Looking for Health Administrators for a State Government opportunity in Murdoch!
Your new company
We are looking for an experienced health administrators to join a State Government department located in Murdoch. This role requires you to work full-time hours on a roster, on an initial 4–6 weeks temporary basis with potential extensions. To start immediately.
Your new role
Liaise with patients throughout the wards/Emergency Department
Manage patient queries
Identify eligible admitted patient’s private health cover
Work with CPAO in implementing and identifying agreed initiatives
Data entry
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Register and update databases in Excel
Monitor and facilitate private patient incentive distribution
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a hospital environment as a ward clerk
Have 7 days (Monday-Sunday) availability
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Great communication (written and verbal) skills
Excellent customer service focus
A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
