Southern Air (Tas) Pty Ltd. is a Hobart based company, which has been operating for over 25 years in Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. We are looking for a friendly, well presented Office Administrator. for an immediate start to join our team. remuneration to be discussed and will be according to experience, junior office applicants will be considered.
The new employee will be an addition to existing office staff, with on the job training and mentoring.
This will be a full time position with hours from 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday-Friday.
Being a point of contact for the Company the applicant needs to be very well organised, have good time management skills and a confident manner, excellent phone skills and the ability to take ownership of the role. Your day will be filled with general office duties, stock control, job scheduling.
Key tasks include:
- Point of contact for clients
- Email and Microsoft Office tasks.(excel & word)
- MYOB competent would be and advantage
- Ordering equipment from Suppliers and stock control.
- Liaising with Suppliers and customers.
- Some job scheduling.
- Competent typing a must
- Advertising.
- Processing warranty claims.
