Admin Officer / Office All Rounder

AZMAC Plumbing is a medium sized plumbing business located in Wangara. We are on the lookout for our next Data Entry/Admin Superstar to join our team on a full time basis

Duties will include:

• Answering and transferring phone calls
• General filing and file maintenance, binding, archiving
• Booking jobs and liaising with building supervisors/owners
• Complete data entry using a variety of software applications in an accurate and timely manner
• Other general admin tasks

Essential Criteria and what you will bring to the role:

• A friendly helpful nature with a positive can-do attitude
• Sound computer skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously on a variety of tasks
