AZMAC Plumbing is a medium sized plumbing business located in Wangara. We are on the lookout for our next Data Entry/Admin Superstar to join our team on a full time basis
Duties will include:
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- General filing and file maintenance, binding, archiving
- Booking jobs and liaising with building supervisors/owners
- Complete data entry using a variety of software applications in an accurate and timely manner
- Other general admin tasks
Essential Criteria and what you will bring to the role:
- A friendly helpful nature with a positive can-do attitude
- Sound computer skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously on a variety of tasks
