Job Description: As the admin you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing the ordering process for supplies and materials.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for our clients
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of various projects and tasks.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Providing general administrative support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
