Jordan Plumbing is a leading plumbing contractor in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at our Croydon Park office.
Position
The role of the Receptionist is to manage the day to day administration tasks of the Adelaide office and provide support to the accounts admin team. Office hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Tasks and Duties
- Taking/directing phone calls and messages
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Handling daily deliveries
- Office amenity, postal, and banks runs as required
- Providing support to the accounting team as required
- Administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Processing apprentice payroll
- Liaising with tradespeople, suppliers and customers
- Schedule meetings and appointments
Experience and skills
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have the ability to work with deadlines and competing demands
- Be able to work both independently and as a team
- Have good problem solving and decision-making skills
To be considered for this role, you need to:
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Hold a current drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Minimum 2 years experience at a similar role
