Access4u is looking for an Admin Receptionistto join our team! The position is a six-month maternity cover, commencing early August 2024, with the potential for extension.

The Role
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming stakeholders, playing a crucial role in ensuring their experience is welcoming and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer service: provide a warm and welcoming environment for all victors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter!
- Calendar management: efficiently manage room bookings and training bookings.
- Finance assistance: credit and debit card reconciliation, billing logbooks, fuel receipts, recording invoice numbers, assisting payroll where required.
- Kitchen and stock: ensure stock is maintained of washroom and kitchen supplies, ensure stocked and clean kitchen each day.
- Administrative duties: stationery orders, uploading and editing online systems, general phone enquiries and service.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive mindset and a team-oriented approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
- A keen eye for detail, initiative, and a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred
- A current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Clearance and Child Safe Environments training (or willingness to obtain)
This position is initially a six-month maternity cover contract, with the potential for permanent ongoing extension.
