The Role
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our practice and be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service to all patients. This role will see you managing a busy reception desk, welcoming patients to the Clinic and supporting healthcare professionals, alongside general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients into our Clinic.
- Administering forms and entering details into the database.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Making inbound and outbound calls regarding enquiries, specialist bookings and patient care.
- Monitoring a busy inbox with patient and client enquiries and bookings.
The Successful Candidate
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
- Professional and personable telephone and email manner.
- Detail-oriented.
- Must have ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands.
- Ability to work as a multi-faceted team and autonomously.
- Neat and professional presentation.
- Motivated, adaptable and willing to learn.
