A prominent client in the financial space is looking for an Administration Support Officer!
About the role:
- Permanent position!
- Commencing ASAP
- Broadbeach location (office-based position)
- Full Time Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm, with one day requirement to do closing business time 11am - 7pm)
- Salary: $58-60k per annum + Super
- In this role, you'll be at the forefront of phone-based customer service, engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met seamlessly. You'll also take on essential administrative duties that contribute to the organisation's efficiency.
- Professionally manage inbound calls within set timelines, providing basic troubleshooting responses (password reset enquiries or updating clients' details into the system) or escalating more complex queries to a specialist.
- Skilfully identify customer needs, provide clarifications, and offer effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed call records to ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to ad hoc administrative tasks that keep things running smoothly.
We are looking for a customer-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate would come with previous experience in a call centre environment (or customer service background).
