Key Tasks and Duties:
* Customer/s order processing using organisational software system.
* Manage Customer inventory by receipting inbounds and processing outbound.
* Monitor customer databases and resolve performance issues i.e. incorrect locations,
incorrect carton counts etc.
* Ensure compliance to are adhered to.
* Handling telephone calls and messages (Customer Service).
* Internal Pallet Control.
* Auditing Driver Manifests.
* Dealing with routine correspondence using own initiative.
* Performing related tasks.
* Always maintain a high degree of integrity and in all circumstances.
* Assist in Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the
organisations mission statement.
* Perform all duties in a professional manner which promotes the image, growth, profitability,
and success of the company.
* Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with All matters relating to the business, rates,
customers, and other Intellectual property.
