AddressKeshava Flowers is a leading wholesaler and grower of cut-flowers in the Australian flower industry.
We are seeking an efficient, friendly and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer/Admin All Rounder to join our Finance and Admin team. You will be based at our Dandenong head office. You will need to have excellent presentation and communication skills.
The main duties of this role includes:
- Receiving customers orders and organising delivery
- Administration and Record keeping duties
- Reconciliation of supplier and sub-contractor statements
- Maintain the Creditor database
- Data entry
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
- Additional ad hoc admin duties as required
The successful applicant will posses the following skill set:
- Qualification in Accounting
- Confidence and a good attitude with eagerness to learn
- Microsoft Excel/Word skills
- Great communication and people skills
- A positive team player with the ability to work autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience working in the accounting industry will be highly regarded
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with MYOB AccountRight
