The Administration/ Accounts Payable & Receivable role will be responsible for multiple facets of administration, and will be required to be organized, structured, methodical and reliable. The successful applicant will be required to manage their own time and schedule for completing tasks and responsibilities.

- Answer Telephone Calls
- Receive Stock and Stock Management
- Filing and Archiving
- Stock / Stationary & Uniform Ordering
- Maintaining WH&S & First Aid Requirements
- Manage Online Advertising
- Bank Reconciliations
- Staff Clocking - Wage Reports
- BAS / PAYG
- Superannuation
- Management Meetings, Budgets and Targets
Skills and experience
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Computer And Telephone Skills Essential
- Experience In Invoicing And Receiving Stock
- Experience In The Automotive Industry An Advantage.
- Friendly And Approachable Personality.
