Skill Hire are working in conjunction with a top ASX listed mining services company who are seeking Administration Assistants to commence ASAP.
In this role you will be providing Administration Support to the training department, duties will vary but may include, general administration duties, data entry, processing purchase orders, reception duties.
- Strong Administration background with at least 2 years' experience - ESSENTIAL
- Available 38 hours per week (8AM - 5PM)
- MUST be IT savvy and a quick learner across different software programs
- High attention to detail for data entry
- Able to work in a high pressure environment
- Process driven
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Sharepoint)
- Available for immediate start, 5 days per week
