We have an opportunity for an entry level Administrator to join our Pinkenba team and play an integral role in the growth of a diverse Company with a footprint spanning across the globe.
What will you be doing?
This role is the face of Wagners and is an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the company. On a daily basis, you will complete the following duties:
- Provide support and help to facilitate reception duties, calendar bookings, management of meetings, answering incoming phones calls and welcoming visitors and staff to site.
- Assist with coordinating company events when they occur including designing flyers and invitations and arranging catering.
- Reconciliation of purchase orders to invoices and end of month finance tasks
- Booking training and coordinating dates and locations for Wagners staff
- General filing and administration tasks including binding and laminating.
- Any other duties as required.

- Confident communicator and fluent writing skills
