The Role
Due to an internal promotion, this organisation is now seeking the support of a Receptionist/Administration Assistant.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting clients who enter the office
- Assisting with answering overflow incoming calls
- Maintenance of the meeting rooms and setting up IT when required
- Coordination of officewide events
- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts
- Assist HR with new staff inductions and the ordering of office equipment
- Support to external Sales Consultants with contract alterations and amendments
