- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
- Maintain office supplies
- Dispatch client documents (tax returns, invoices, etc.)
- Manage ASIC system for clients
- Assist with debtor collection
- Handle client administration and filing
- Prepare meeting rooms for external visitors
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage invoicing and debtors
About you:
- 2-3 years of Reception/Administration experience
- Proficiency with Xero software (essential)
- Preferably have worked in a financial or accounting firm (advantageous)
- Strong time management abilities
- Proven track record of building client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
